Each taco is doubly good using 2 corn tortillas for the shell. The double shell is filled with ground beef (1), pork (1), chicken (1); three tacos total with pico de gallo on the top and garnished with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of lemon if you wish. (One of the more authentic ways to eat a taco.)
